Shipping Information
When will you process my order?
• Virtually all compatible products are in stock and if ordered on a working day before 1pm will be shipped same day. Orders placed later, or on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
How will you ship my order?
• The Majority of orders are sent by 1st Class post and should arrive with you within two working days although we cannot guarantee this time.
• Customers requiring a guaranteed next day service can opt for delivery by Initial City Link couriers at a cost of just £4.95 If this option is chosen orders received by 3pm on a weekday will normally be despatched that night for next working day delivery. Please note that Couriers do not make deliveries on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
